COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

OPT-OUT

PUBLIC POSTINGS
Please note that any information you post to any of LGP’s community areas, including User-Generated Videos, Articles, Photos, and postings on the forums for EcoTalk, EcoPeeve, Pledge Photo Proof, EcoThought, or EcoScare, or other public posting areas, is available to anyone with Internet access. Do not include any information, such as Email, Name, or other sensitive information that you do not want to share publicly.  Please understand that we are not responsible for any information that you receive or share in any public posting areas of our Site.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected and services offered on our Site. The LGP Site may contain links to other web sites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other web sites.

SECURITY
While we do our best to encrypt and safeguard any personal information submitted at Registration or other areas of the Site, we cannot guarantee that the information will be 100% secure.  Please note that any information that you transfer to LGP is done at your own risk.
If a security breach occurs, we may post a notice on the website or send you an email at the email address you have provided.

AGE SCREENING
LayZgreenPeople.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13, or allow them to access any limited-access features that require registration.

If we become aware that we have mistakenly received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13 other than in a legally permissible situation, we will delete the information from our records as soon as it is discovered.
